I’m Marley — a people manager, creative technologist, and security advocate based in the Pacific Northwest. My work lives at the intersection of human-centered leadership, visual storytelling, and emerging technology.
By day I build high-performing teams and design systems that scale. Innately I’m a visual creator — crafting brand identities, directing video, designing stages, and shaping experiences that leave an impression. I believe the best technology, like the best design, starts with people. When I’m not daydreaming about future technology, I’m probably over-engineering my morning coffee.

This site uses Fathom Analytics — a privacy-first analytics service that is fully GDPR, CCPA, and PECR compliant. Fathom collects no personally identifiable information, sets no tracking cookies, and does not fingerprint visitors. The data collected is limited to anonymous, aggregated page-level metrics (page views, referrers, and custom events such as which sections of the portfolio are most visited and which features are interacted with). No data is shared with third parties, and no consent banner is required under applicable law because no personal data is processed.
When you submit the contact form, it opens your device's email client with your information pre-filled. No data passes through any third-party service or server — your message travels directly from your email client to Chris Marley's inbox. The information you provide (name, email, project description) is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
This site does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or personalisation. Fathom Analytics operates without cookies entirely. Your dark/light mode preference is not saved between visits by design.
This site links to third-party platforms (Instagram, Behance, Vimeo, LinkedIn, Medium). Visiting those links is subject to each platform's own privacy policy. This site has no control over their data practices.
Videos are embedded via Vimeo. Fonts are served via Google Fonts. Both services may log your IP address as part of their standard CDN delivery. Vimeo's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy govern their respective handling of that data.
